Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certification program.

HACCP is an international principle defining the requirements for effective control of food safety. HACCP compliance helps organisations to focus on the hazards that affect food safety and hygiene, and identify them by setting up a management system during the food production process.

Tomkin demonstrates our commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction by delivering a broad range of products which are HACCP certified.

HACCP Australia Pty Ltd certifies a selection of servingware and food stooge equipment as food-safe and suitable for use in food storage, preparation and serving operations of businesses that operate in accordance with a HACCP based food safety programme.

Certification was provided to Tomkin Australia Pty Ltd on 01 January, 2012 after evaluating the products in accordance with the standards of HACCP Australia's Food Safety Certification Systems.
