Tomkin Australia guarantees each item of fine quality 18/8 or 18/10 Stainless Steel tablekraft cutlery and serving accessories against defects in materials and workmanship used in their manufacture. Tomkin will repair or replace at their option any item found to be defective. Provided tablekraft stainless steel cutlery and serving accessories are maintained and used in accordance with the care instructions outlined above and are used in a normal accepted domestic manner, all items will be covered by this guarantee.

The guarantee does not exclude any condition or warranty implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 or/and State or Territory laws.

18/8 or 18/10 Stainless Steel refers to 18% Chromium and 8% or 10% Nickel added to the steel. This addition improves the metals ability to resist staining and enhances the metals strength... it also gives the metal a better appearance by adding lustre.
