Tomkin Australia Pty Ltd agrees to replace any IVO 55,000 products which are found to be faulty through faulty workmanship.  Tomkin investigate the reasons relating to any warranty claim and any related action is left to the discretion of Tomkin Australia Pty Lty.  The knife or tool must have been used in a 'normal' manner.

Tomkin Australia warrants IVO products to be free from defect in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Tomkin Australia promises the original purchaser to replace or repair the product at Tomkins choice (a substitute of equal value will be supplied when a warranted product is no longer in production) any defective piece or article during the warranted term. Any defective merchandise should be returned to the place of purchase with a written explanation of the problem (including name, address and phone number) and the original proof of purchase and date and price. The new item will then be warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the unexpired term of the original warranty. The warranty does not apply to damage due to rust, abuse, mishandling, unauthorized repair, or normal wear on blades, hooks and handles and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Tomkin Australia assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages arising from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty grants you definite legal rights.
